Matt and I have been working on our house for 2 years. It was my life’s dream to rehab a house and I dragged Matt into it. Matt gets to do the unglamorous work-the digging, cementing, and the structural stuff. I get to do all the fun stuff- the art projects. I’m lucky that he has given me free reign.
When we moved here in October it was unfinished, and it remains unfinished today. I worked really hard on my Winter break to try and finish up “the house list”, but it’s now March and I have to go back to work for the money.
I will eventually update my house blog to show detailed before and after pics of everything, but for now I want to give a sneak peak of my favorite parts of the house. Tomorrow I say farewell to full time house building and reluctantly begin full time business building 😢
